Our policy is to protect your rights and guarantee your satisfaction with the service(s) that we provide. This does not affect your rights under The Consumer Rights Act 2015


To allow us to provide a quality service as efficiently as possible, we need you to: 


1.Clearly ask for the service that you would like to have

2. Inform our staff if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances before receiving any service

3: Whilst receiving any service please provide our staff with your feedback and comments so we can satisfy your requirements straight away

4: Inform the staff/ manager immediately if you have any concerns related to the salon, staff, or any services

5: Children should be accompanied by an adult at all times. We will not take any responsibility if an accident happens to your children

6: We hold no responsibility for the loss of your personal belongings

7: We will charge if you change your mind about colors even if you have done your nails on the same day 




Guarantee

1: Traditional polish services are not guaranteed

2: We guarantee for your nails within 7 days after your appointments, except for biting, peeling off, or not following our nail aftercare


Refund

No refund for any circumstances

If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of this before you pay so we can adjust them to your satisfaction
